Great to be a Gator

At Ella Elementary, we love to see students involved in making our school the best place it can be. Our school focuses on positive behavior intervention and support to build character, inspire minds, and empower lifelong success. We want our Ella Gators to build resilience and make decisions with integrity.  We love to recognize students who are following our school-wide expectations.  
 
Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Ready to Learn.
 
Gotcha Gators Tickets. Gotcha Gator is a school-wide reward system where students being caught showing good student qualities are given a ticket that they turn in, making them eligible for the biweekly drawing for prizes. 
 
Student of the Month: Monthly certificates and treats provided during grade level lunch to students selected by staff members for exhibiting excellence.
