PBIS Expectations

At Ella Elementary, we love to see students involved in making our school the best place it can be. Our Gator Behavior programs offer students ways to contribute to the Gator community!

Gator Go-Getter. Gator Go-Getter is a school wide reward system where students being caught showing good student qualities are given a ticket that they turn in making them eligible for the daily drawing from prizes. 

Whole School Citizenship Luncheon. Once a month one student is chosen from each class to participate in this recognition ceremony. The students chosen have demonstrated good citizenship behaviors and are awarded a certificate of appreciation and attend a luncheon where they receive prizes and tasty treats.

Student of the Month: Monthly certificates and treats provided during grade level lunch to students selected by staff members for exhibiting excellence.
