Hello, Ella Gator Families!
My name is Jen McAdam, and I am honored to serve as the proud principal of Ella Elementary School, home of the Ella Gators! It has been my privilege to be a part of the Ella community since 2007. During my time at Ella, I had the opportunity to teach both second and third grade before becoming the assistant principal in 2016. In 2019, I was honored to step into the role of principal.
Ella Elementary holds a very special place in my heart, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated staff, students, and families. I truly value the partnership we share with our families and believe that when we work together, we create an environment where every student can feel supported, successful, and excited to learn.
I look forward to another wonderful year of learning, growth, and success for our Ella Gators!

Hello!

I am excited to be a part of the Ella family this year and many more years to come.  I have been fortunate to work in education for more than three decades, with most of those years spent in the classroom.  Throughout my career, my greatest passion has been creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

 

Outside of school, my family is my greatest joy.  I am a proud parent of six children, two of whom are adopted, and I am blessed with four wonderful grandchildren.  I cherish every opportunity to spend quality time with my family.  I also enjoy being outdoors, exploring nature, and making memories with the people I love.
